Embracing your inner man.

Ever since I chopped all my hair off about 2 years ago (best decision I've ever made) I've been called a boy by people thinking they're original. I don't mind really, let's face it I'm not exactly curvy or anything. I like getting my legs out wearing mini skirts and dresses, but when I go out for an all nighter at the 100 club the only thing I want to be seen in is a suit. There's something about them that simply screams class and style.

Don't get me wrong, I like dressing like a woman, because hey, I am a woman!! But there's something about a suit that makes you feel... powerful.

So I guess this blog post is my way of encouraging girls to embrace their inner man!! You don't need to spend hundreds of pounds on tailoring. What I'm wearing in these photos (shirt, jacket, trousers), I got from charity shops for under 15 quid. It's that easy. Below is one of my skirt suits, which is another option if you prefer that to trousers. I got this one off of eBay for £20 and it fits like a dream.

So this was just a quick little post about my style. I want to stress I don't dress like this everyday, I felt like I was going to overheat just taking these photos!! But I believe it's important to dress yourself up when you hit the town. And whether that be your favourite mini dress, that pair of stockings or the shoes that could conquer the world, as long as you can hold your head up high and feel confident then that's cool with me. For me it just happens to mean dressing like a bloke.
